Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Ramai Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue, however, after 12 months the treatment voucher is changed to the value at the time of purchase, upon redemption, any price increase will need to be paid.

Vouchers can only be redeemed within trading hours.

​

The purchaser acknowledges they have read and understood the trading hours.

​

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and no cash refunds will be given for any reason.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the voucher amount.
