At Ramai we're a boutique, busy salon who do our best to ensure our client's satisfaction.


You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please advise us when you receive this reminder if you can not make your treatment. We require a minimum 12 hours' notice for all changes to appointment.


Same day cancellations will incur a 30% cancellation fee if we can not fill your appointment slot. W


Of course, we know sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and unplanned things can happen - we're here to offer you an escape from many of life's stresses after all! We just ask that you notify us as soon as possible.


We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders under $100.

Orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.

You must be an existing Salon customer to purchase our OrganicSpa range of products.

You can select to pick up your order from the Salon during business hours, however, we ask you arrange a collection time in advance as we may be busy in treatments and need to ensure social distancing inside the salon.

Returns & Feedback

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving delivery.

If you would like to return a purchase due to change of mind, please get in touch with us with 30 days of purchase date.
