Ramai’s founder and owner, Samantha Moore, has been a dedicated massage and beauty therapy professional for over 20 years! A Woodend local, she began training in her teens at Melbourne’s exclusive Sofitel.

Ramai’s success comes from a strong focus on excellent customer service and listening to clients. It was customer feedback that encouraged Sam to offer later trading hours and a child-friendly home salon environment.
